Shipping Method

All works are shipped exclusively via insured delivery.  
The choice of shipping provider is made by Arts & Gallery.

The insurance covers the full value of the goods until they are handed over to the buyer or to a person authorized by the buyer to receive them.

Shipping Costs

Insured shipping within Germany (mainland) is included in the purchase price.

Shipping beyond the German mainland is of course possible and will be arranged individually with you.

Any additional shipping costs will be communicated transparently prior to the conclusion of the contract.

Delivery Area

Shipping is carried out within Germany (mainland).  
Deliveries to German islands as well as international shipments are possible only upon prior arrangement.

Packaging

All artworks and objects are packaged with the utmost care and with consideration of their specific characteristics to ensure safe and protected transport.

Delivery Time

Delivery times are indicated in the online shop and are to be understood as non-binding estimates, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Returns

In the event of a valid withdrawal, returns will be carried out only after prior coordination with Arts & Gallery.

For reasons of transport safety and insurance, Arts & Gallery will provide a suitable return label for approved returns or coordinate the return individually with the buyer.
